Our school has recently received notifications from affiliated schools indicating that suspicious individuals have impersonated school staff and called parents to request personal information or invite them to join WhatsApp groups. To protect the personal safety of parents and students, our school would like to reiterate the following:
1. If our school staff need to contact parents, the caller ID will only display the following phone number:
23222229, 23215525, 21918455, 21918478, 23222220, 21918944
2. We kindly urge all parents to stay vigilant and remind their children to be cautious of any phone calls requesting sensitive personal information.
If you receive a suspicious call, do not disclose any information, including personal details, bank account information, online banking credentials, or passwords. Please contact our school staff or your child’s class teacher immediately to verify the situation.
If you have recently received a suspicious call claiming to be from our school staff, please contact the class teacher as soon as possible.
